Rajasthan Royals (RR) will clash with Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Match 59 of the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) in Jaipur on Sunday. RR are out of the race for the playoffs and have had a horrendous season with nine defeats in 12 matches. They are expected to make a number of changes in their playing XI and some new faces might take the field for their remaining two encounters. Royals hammered Punjab Kings by 50 runs in their opening fixture this season in Mullanpur. Batting first, Royals piled on 205 courtesy high impact performances by Yashasvi Jaiswal and Riyan Parag. Jofra Archer returned with 3-25 to restrict Punjab to 155/9 in their 20 overs.

Jofra Archer and Maheesh Theekshana will not be available for the Royals while there is still some uncertainty over the return of Josh Inglis and Marcus Stoinis for Punjab Kings.
